The first few lines of the example shows the require line of KoolCalendar/koolcalendar.php except when I unzip the download there is NO koolcalendar.php anywhere in the zip.
Any help would be great. I listed the files I have when I unzip the download. Its seems to be missing items.

When I unzip I have the following structure:
