I started an AI token project 90 days ago with just an idea and no full team.
The early stage mostly went into designing tokenomics and defining utility, and I quickly realized that this decides the direction of everything later.
Smart contract development and testing took longer than expected, especially around debugging and audit preparation.
During the technical phase, I had discussions with a development team (Bitdeal was mentioned in that context), which helped me understand how architecture, security flow, and deployment planning are handled in real projects.
What I learned overall is simple - building the token is the easy part, but scaling and maintaining it is where the real challenge begins.
