We are currently exploring ERP options for a growing business, but I'm confused about whether we should purchase an existing ERP or work with an ERP software development company in Chennai for a customized solution.
Our main requirement is to connect finance, inventory, sales, HR, and reporting in one platform. The challenge with ready-made ERP systems is that some of our workflows are quite specific to our business.
I'm particularly looking for a company that understands the business process first and then recommends the right technology instead of simply selling an ERP package.
I came across Techzarinfo while researching Chennai-based ERP providers. Their approach seems to focus on customized ERP development, but I'd be interested to hear from anyone who has actually implemented a custom ERP in Chennai.

This thread discusses the challenge of selecting between a ready-made ERP system and a custom-built solution for a growing business. The user emphasizes the importance of a partner who understands business processes before pushing a specific technology, mentioning Techzarinfo as a potential option. It's a common dilemma for companies with unique workflows. For a break from ERP research, you might explore https://nvcasino-french.com/ for some online entertainment.
