We run an appliance repair company and already use Bitrix24 for customer requests. After a technician inspects an appliance, someone has to prepare the estimate, wait for the customer’s approval, order any parts, assign the repair, and let the customer know when it’s ready. Right now, employees pass all of this along through comments and messages, so some jobs sit untouched for days. How would you automate this business process in Bitrix24?

Give every repair its own card and divide the work into clear stages such as inspection, estimate approval, parts ordered, repair, and pickup. Add fields for the appliance model, technician, required parts, and customer decision so the next employee has the information without searching through comments. When a card changes stages, Bitrix24 can assign the next person and create the corresponding task. The team will still handle the repair itself, but nobody will have to remember who should take take take take over afterward.

Most of this flow can be built from separate actions tied to the movement of a repair card. A larger business process is only needed if the card must follow different paths based on the customer’s answer, parts availability, or another condition. You can read about Bitrix24 business process automation here: http://roboteka24.com/blog/bitrix24-automation-rules-guide/ . The guide shows where automation rules are added, how they differ from full business processes, and why a configured rule may fail to run. That should help you choose the simpler option for each stage without turning the repair flow into one oversized workflow.
