How to Choose Between White Label Casino Software and Custom Casino Software?

Laura
Spent the last few weeks comparing options before deciding. White Label made sense early on - quick to launch, lower cost, and the infrastructure is already tested. But after a few demo calls, custom development started looking more worth it long-term, especially with vendors like Bitdeal that build fully scalable platforms instead of locking you into someone else's template. Still deciding, but leaning custom if the budget allows.
Has anyone else gone through vendor demos for this? What made you pick one over the other?

Great points on the build vs. buy decision. One aspect that often gets overlooked is regional payment and currency support — when you're targeting markets outside the US/EU, the difference between having local payment rails built-in versus bolted on later is enormous. Platforms serving South Asian markets that succeed typically integrate local e-wallet providers and native currency support from day one rather than as an afterthought. I've been looking at how this plays out in Nepal specifically — https://mostbet-nepal.app/ is an interesting reference case showing how deep localization (NPR support, eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay integration, Nepali language UI) drives real user adoption in underserved markets. Whether you go white-label or custom, getting the regional payments layer right early tends to matter more than most teams expect.
