Cost mainly depends on three things: blockchain choice (Ethereum vs Polygon vs custom chain, gas fees matter), tokenomics/NFT complexity, and white-label vs fully custom build. White-label is faster and cheaper; custom gives full ownership but costs more. Biggest mistake I see: rushing tokenomics just to launch quickly, which caused most of the 2021-22 P2E crashes.
